Payments, Fees & Billing

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit & Debit Cards

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express (where supported)

Bank Transfers

• Direct bank transfers (wire transfers)
• Local UAE bank transfers
• International transfers (SWIFT)

Digital Payments

• Various digital payment methods as available through our payment processors

2. Payment Processors

Online card payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways including:

• Stripe
• Telr
• Link by Stripe
• Other regional payment providers as applicable

These payment processors are compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other relevant security standards.

3. Card Data Security

When you make a card payment, your card information is transmitted directly to the payment processor via encrypted channels. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and may store the last four digits of your card for reference purposes only.

4. Currency

Prices are primarily quoted in:

• AED (UAE Dirham) - Primary currency
• USD (US Dollar) - For international clients

Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your bank or card issuer at their prevailing exchange rates. Additional fees may apply.

5. Billing Cycles

SaaS Subscriptions

• Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
• Annual: Billed once per year on the subscription anniversary

Project-Based Work

• Invoiced according to agreed milestones
• Payment terms typically Net 15 or Net 30
• Deposit may be required before project commencement

6. Invoices

Tax invoices are provided for all payments and include:

• Detailed description of services
• Alpha Vulcan FZCO registration details
• VAT information where applicable
• Payment reference and transaction details

Invoices are sent to your registered email address.

7. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. UAE VAT (5%) is applied where required by law. Other taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

8. Late Payments

For invoiced services:

• Payment is due within the agreed payment terms
• Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees as specified in your service agreement
• Persistent late payment may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to engage collection services for significantly overdue amounts

9. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

• We will notify you via email
• Payment will be retried automatically (up to 3 attempts)
• You may need to update your payment method
• Service access may be suspended after repeated failures
